Chicken and Rice Casserole

2 14.5oz can green beans, rinsed and drained
3 cups diced cooked chicken (the rotisserie chickens from the store are good for this)
1 medium onion diced
1 8oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 4oz can pimentos
1 10 3/4oz can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cookled rice
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
Pinch salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbly.
